The Course:
This class is for youths ages 8+ who already know the basics of crochet but want to start creating cute creatures and toys. Students must know how to chain and double crochet, and have experience making simple projects. If your child needs to learn the basics, see our learn to crochet class for teens/tweens.
In this class you will be making your own octopus, in a colour of your choice. This is a weekly 1 hr class for 4 weeks.
Skills to learn:
- How to start and work in the round
- How to use stitch markers
- Common mistakes and how to avoid them
- Tips and hints on starting and finishing a project
Costs & Inclusions:
This course costs €50 and includes:

Please bring along a 6mm hook. You can buy this in The Craft Cabin if needed.

Please note that our workroom is upstairs and therefore, unfortunately, not accessible to those who cannot manage stairs.
