We have been working hard to make sure your orders are processed as fast
as possible over this period. We process online orders Monday, Wednesday
and Friday, we suggest allowing approx. 5-8 days for delivery within
Ireland (although most orders generally arrive well before this).

Please make sure you provide a valid, active email address and telephone
number when you register. We will use these details to contact you
should there be any issues with your order, or to arrange delivery.
Please provide us with a clear, valid delivery address including eircode. If
there are any special instructions regarding delivery please indicate
this in the comments box.
We aim to dispatch
orders within 72 hours of you placing your order. Weekends and bank
holidays may be slower. We will send you an email as soon as your order
is ready to be dispatched. If for some reason an item is out of stock we
will email you immediately.
We also offer a collection option. Please select this as your delivery method if you
would like to collect items from us in person.Collection are available
from Hidden Treasures , Realta Shopping Centre, Ballyconnell Co.Cavan
after 2pm if ordered the evening before or that morning.
We aim to keep accurate records of stock on the website but if your item
is no longer in stock we will contact you with details of when you can
expect your order to arrive. You can of course choose to cancel your
order if you are unhappy with an extended delivery time.

Cooling Off Period
There is a cooling-off period of 7 days during which you have the right to cancel your order. You must provide notice of cancellation by emailing us or by telephone call no later than 7 days after the receipt of goods. We will refund in full granted the order is returned in its original condition. You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods and must ensure that it is returned in protective packaging. If you are returning the full order, under the cooling-off period any initial shipping charges you already incurred will be refunded.
Returning a Damaged Defective Item
If the item was damaged in transit
If you receive delivery of a package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us for a replacement or refund granted you notify us within 7 days of receipt of the order. The item must be returned with all packaging materials, manuals and accessories are intact. You will be refunded for postage and delivery charge up to the value of the original delivery charge.
If the item is defective (within 30 days of receipt)
You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this may be needed should there be a fault. If any item that we deliver to you arrives damaged or is faulty, then we will happily replace the item for free or refund the item. We will refund the cost of returning the parcel up to the value of the original delivery charge.
