The Course:
In this course we will teach and review 15 of the most common embroidery stitches and apply them to a design that students will work on during the class.
This class will cover the following:
- Needle Threading Techniques
- Thread management and storage
- Wide range of embroidery stitches
- Tools and supplies
- Design ideas and tips
- How to finish pieces
- Problem solving
- Tips and hints
Our courses are specially tailored for educators, providing you with valuable tips, resources, and techniques to seamlessly integrate embroidery into your lesson plans.

This course costs €80 and includes:
- All tuition
- Calico, cotton and a selection of threads
- Embroidery hoop, needles, threader and marker

Dates:
Inhouse: Saturday 24th August and Saturday 29th September | 10am – 3pm
Online: Saturday 7th September and Saturday 12th October | 10am – 3pm

For in-house classes:
- If the student has any medical conditions, allergies or food intolerances please let us know when booking.
- Please note that our workroom is upstairs and therefore, unfortunately, not accessible to those who cannot manage stairs.
For online classes:
- A week before your class you will receive your embroidery kit. All you need to add is a pair of scissors and you’re ready to take part.
- Two days before your class you will get a Zoom link to access the class. Please ensure your app is up to date and working before the class begins.
