We want our customers to be happy so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
In order to protect all customers and ensure that all returns and exchanges are handled fairly, The Craft Cabin may require a receipt or decline your return or exchange in some situations, such as:
- Products that were not bought directly from The Craft Cabin – like from a thrift store
- Products that have been defaced
- Products with missing labels
- Products without receipts or store IDs
- Products that haven’t been cleaned
- Products that have been lost or damaged to the point where they aren’t usable
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If you are unable to attend a workshop that has been paid for in full or partially please contact us at least 3 days in advance and we can advise on upcoming workshops or offer a refund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, call us or come to the shop.
