PME IMPRESSION MAT BARK is ideal for use with a range of edible materials including: sugarpaste (rolled fondant), modelling paste (gum paste) or marzipan. The bark pattern can be used for a great variety in cake designs. Both sides of the mat can be used to create either an embossed or raised design.
